It is a good product, but to be honest it is not my GE Profile over-the-range that I had and loved for 10 yrs.

Good Microwave with Longevity Issues

This appliance gets light use in our second kitchen. It's used daily to heat up cat food, and maybe weekly to help prepare a meal. The original one died after three years with an issue related to the magnetron, and we replaced it with the same model so it would fit into the opening and match the existing ductwork. The mounting hole location on the top did change in those three years, but no big deal.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far I love the microwave. It’s a big Improvement in both performance and appearance from the one I bought my house with which was also GE circa 2008. I like that the clock is not the green color anymore. All the buttons on the right are useful. Surface light is bright with two settings. Enjoying so far!
