Terribly Loud!

The GE microwave looks nice and runs great. I have had 2 others before this one. The first two have died and I wanted to give them 1 more chance. I installed this one and the first time I used it I couldn’t believe how loud it was. I wish I had purchased another appliance. Thankfully it won’t last more than a couple of years anyway!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a great microwave. It looks great, has a wonderful fingerprint-free slate finish and I love that. Also the white display light is nice - as opposed to yellow. It’s quiet and the beep is t annoying.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Our new microwave looks good and is working great. Heats a bit quicker than our late machine and controls are easy to use. Exhaust fan is a bit loud on full power but that's not a big deal to us

This microwave replaces one from 1999. That on had a sturdier door handle and easier to use door latch. This one grips too tightly and the handle and door feel cheap and tinny.
The unit heats much better; love the turntable and one touch operation features. Looks good in my kitchen.
