2x Mounting problems

This is the second try but I'm not happy after living a month without one.
On the 1st's try right top mounting nut appeared to be too small. One screw the phillips end was stripped. The 2nd screw showed slight tapping on the first smooth half inch and the threads ground off from the next 1/2 inch. They returned the microwave as defective.
The 2nd try, the left top screw not didn't seem to go all the way in & it looks like they left the bolt out and the microwave slightly ajar.
While I didn't think much of either pair of installers, I have to think some of this is GE's quality slipping.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We had been without a microwave since the beginning of the pandemic so I was so glad to finally get it. It’s pretty and easy to use. Love it!!

This GE is replacing a similar model over the range microwave. It went out during the beginning part of the covid quarantine. I was initially just going to get a little cheap counter microwave to get us through till could go shopping later. Couldn’t find ANY countertops that weren’t in the same price range as this over the range. I found this one in stock and could be installed within a couple of days. It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles that my previous one did, but does a great job. It works like a microwave should.

Never had one before but love it. Door seems heavy to pull open but that’s just something we have to get used to. One drawback is you have to go online to get manual. Should be included in purchase
