Features I like: the express cook buttons and add 30 seconds button
Feature I miss from my previous microwave: a soften feature (for butter/cream cheese)
The reheat function seems to heat food too hot/too long. Occasionally, a dish seems to vibrate on the turntable and/or the turntable makes a clicking sound

Control panel not user friendly

Control panel is not user friendly. Turntable is very noisy and very jerky.

This is our fourth microwave. Broken

We have problems with the beeping. Our first GE went kaput in 16months. We bought another Ge Microwave, and two were broken when they tried to install it. The third one is starting to beep on us continuously. We tried unplugging, and going into settings---to mute the sound, but it is still beeping.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I choose this product for the brand. I had for 16 years GE products. All appliances!! I bought also a range a few months ago!! Its in my plans the refrigerator!!!
