Love it because it has preselected buttons and the reheat feature m. Fix purposely above my stove and evenly heats the food.

Seems to be more powerful than one we are replacing. Heats faster which is great for our use! A little louder but very tolerable.

It does what it's supposed to do, but it's noisy

The microwave works well, but it's buttons are hard to press, it's noisy, and it looks dirty easily. I am constantly cleaning it, but oh well, it just looks dirty. Take your time and look for something else.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I would have given it 5 stars except for one little reason that does not affect performance. When the turntable stops it doesn't stop at the front. Nitpicky, yes. Otherwise it works great. I would have liked a better manual with it. I do know it can be found online. For features and cost I think it was a very good value.
