We don’t use microwaves

Loud fan noise

This was a replacement microwave for another GE we bought where the light bulbs kept blowing out every 3 weeks. This microwave has a louder than usual fan, and we have no idea what’s causing it a various times. Doesn’t happen all the time, but quite annoying none the less. The surface lighting barely lights up our stove underneath and it’s located towards the rear of the microwave which is really odd. Very disappointed in the overall microwave so far, it was supposed to be an upgrade to the one we recently returned. I’m so not that customer to complain, but will more than likely contact the store (Abt; who is amazing) to swap it out of the noise continues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The microwave works great. Love the light that can dim. I leave it on all the time and it's so nice and subtle. So happy I bought this product.

So easy to install. All hardware was the same as the older model we replaced. It took only 10 minutes to get it up and running.

The color isn’t worth the price

I love the microwave. It works beautifully!!! However as I ordered a slate fridge I had to get the matching microwave. Who knew that it was only a color associated with GE and that slate would cost over $50 more than the same microwave in black??
I would recommend this to a friend!
