Great product, installation issues.

Microwave is one of the best units out there. Only issue I had was with the installation. Template needs to be based on the outside dimension. Instructions are a little hard to understand. My mounting holes ended up being 3/4" off, easy fix. When drilling mounting points make sure template is positioned on the outside dimensions.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Looks like a box. Makes strange noises. Only 2 fan speed settings so you cant leave it on overnight at a very low setting to clear last nights meal.

Fan didn’t work. Haven’t gotten replacement parts

We haven’t had a good opportunity to use it as it quit working within a few days. Repair has taken weeks as we wait for new parts to come in.

Looks nice, works well, but the fit is loose

We like the look of this product, and it has worked well so far. We have only one complaint. There are two large screws that go through the cabinet above the microwave to hold the microwave in place. We tightened these screws as much as we could, to the point that they were digging into the wood of the cabinet. However, the microwave still moves when you press on it. It appears to be secure, but the case of the microwave seems to flex around the screws. This has caused no problems so far, but it is a little disturbing that the microwave can wiggle even when the screws are tight.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
