This is a replacement for an 8 yr GE that developed a crack in the back wall. The material is tinny and gives a tinny sound when the door closes. Handle is angular as are the corners. A design less rounded and less comfortable to handle. It's noisier. Lacks the 'vegetable' setting that I depended on. Now cooking them is guesswork . They usually end up overcooked.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Super quiet and cooks fast

This is my second microwave and it is great. It cooks fast especially that add 30 second button. I am super happy with the quality of it.

Door closes too hard and loud. It’s also too loud when running.
