Had only 2 years , already not working
No longer under any type of warranty. I think it should have lasted a little longer.
Up until now it worked ok . The buttons were very difficult to see.

We have only had this microwave for a few weeks but it has been working well. Has lots of power and does not over cook if the directions are followed. So much more efficient than my old microwave’

This unit replaced one from another manufacturer and matched the dimensions almost exactly. It's cooking is quiet and quick and the vent fan is likewise quiet and efficient. Very easy to operate and maintain. I couldn't be happier with this product.

No issues. Work like a charm. Works very quickly when heating up dishes. Items that I had normally would have set the microwave for 2 minutes I now set for 1 min.

Some of the other GE microwaves have way too many features on them. This one is simple and easy and gets the job done.

Ok, not as good as my previous GE Microwave

Pros: Similar enough layout of keys/functions from my previous GE microwave, so not really a learning curve for cooking functions.
Probably the biggest benefit to me is that the mounting bracket that came with it is the exact same size as the previous one, didn't have to take old mount off of wall and use new one, so install took 5 minutes.
Cons:
It is much louder than the previous model
Not crazy about the handle, it feels much cheaper than my previous model
the buttons are much smaller - no real reason for this; preferred the old model's size over this one
The Microwave light for the clock is very bright - at night it's like a nightlight; had to turn it off since you can't dim it

Nice Microwave

We had the larger version of this microwave in our old house, so when we moved we purchased the smaller one. The only complaint I have, is it is very noisy when you turn it on. We think it might be the vent which automatically turns on when the microwave turns on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
