Easy Installation

Was able to install and clock in less that 1/2 hour - touch display intuitive and easy to use. Clock light is bright, but can be turned-off by holding the display button for 3 seconds

The microwave is nice... but the door is really cheap and tinny sounding... and if you open the door it's like it takes a second for the microwave to stop running unlike other brands.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not sure if all models are as noisy but mine is LOUD I am thinking of calling for service call as my sone has the same model not nearly as much noise

After a couple of weeks, I have no complaints. Everything works smoothly. My previous microwave was a Samsung, and this microwave seems to be better built. I love it!
