We have only had our microwave for about 1 month and so far so good! Learning the new microwave was pretty intuitive.

Best Microwave We've Had!

I've owned and loved the GE APPLIANCES oven for the longest time and this microwave is no exception. it exceeded our expectations in terms of value and usage; it has always been able to cook/heat up our foods fast and fresh without the typical microwave steam others tend to have. Like the stove the color pallet and overall feel on this beauty is outstanding! GE never disappoints!! 10/10 a must have

It is broken after a year I use

I purchased the product a year ago and it broke right about a year and I called to repair the product. Then there is a service to fix the product and it is broken half year again with the same issue. There is no way to turn off the replace filter button. It seems just a year product to use.

Very poor control panel design

The poor control panel design on the unit is a step backwards from the ten year old GE microwave that it replaced.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When our last GE microwave died (after 16 years) we purchased same make. So far, so good. The only thing I wish it had like our older model, is the listing of sensor cook numbers inside the door.

The controls are easily understood and the microwave works great. My only complaint would be that the controls are not backlit for easy night time access.
