Features are good, But Fan is loud

I bought this is as a replacement for my old GE microwave. All the features are nice. But the exhaust fan makes lot of noise. It also malfunctioned from day one. The exhaust fan runs whenever you heat food in the microwave. Called support and they ordered a part and expecting it to be fixed soon. This is not what I expect on a brand new microwave. Quality control didn't do a good job.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The best thing we like about this microwave is that it does not annoy us with extremely loud beeps when something is done cooking or is left in the microwave.
Other than that it is stylish and works well. Same as any other microwave.

Express cook and cook time on/off/ cancel buttons a bit confusing. Continually have to re enter but hoping I will get used to them.

We love our new microwave. I love the dimming feature on the LED Screen. We have always had GE Appliances and I am glad we went with the new color!! I cannot wait to change all my appliances out!

Relatively easy installation. User friendly. Reliable performance. Only regret is they should have installed backlighting on the keypad.
