It’s Loud

We bought this microwave because it was highly rated. It is aesthetically pleasing and easy to use. We like the “EXPRESS COOK” buttons. This microwave is loud when in use. So much so that we question whether there is something wrong with it. It functions properly and gets plenty of use. But right out of the box we noticed it to be significantly louder than our previous microwave. Hopefully that’s just how it is and there isn’t an issue or internal damage from shipping.

Miss settings on our old GE

The fan on this one is loud, even on the low second setting. Doesn't appear to be a difference from the first option. The beverage settings on our old one we miss. A Beverage setting on our old one gave us choices such as 15 seconds, 30 seconds. This one...nothing. We assume it's going by steam but it's tooooooo hot if you leave it in until it shuts off. This would be okay if it displayed the seconds so that we could stop it after 30 seconds or so, but it doesn't. Reheat on this one only has four settings. Our old one had a Pizza setting that was very handy. The Time display upper right is too bright in my opinion, but there's no way to dim that some.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am on my third one in one month period of time. The first one quit after 3 days. The second one was completely noisy... Now number three starts tonight.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the fact that this microwave does not have a metal shelf in it, making it so much easier to put items into the microwave. Only complaint is there seems to be no different in the vent fan on either of the settings, they both seem like they are on the highest setting.

Nice and easy to use

This is a replacement for the identical one purchased a week before. The first did not work and was replaced. This one works fine. Nice features but it is made with plastic and can break rather easily Would recommend with caveats
