Love most of the features.

The features on this are everything I want or need with one exception: the light over the cook top is too dim and is at the back. It would be much better if it were in the front where most cooking takes place.

Love this built in microwave. Such an improvement over our last one. Was able to install quickly with only a little support from my wife while I affixed screws.

The microwave works great now, but when it came to us, it didn't have any power to it when plugging it in. I had to unscrew a portion of it to remove the front panel to get inside. There I found a connector disconnected from the PCB board. These connectors are meant to connect in a snug manner, but during assembly I don't believe this was connected at all. That's very poor workmanship and unacceptable. These should be tested before shipped. This obviously didn't run initially and that's not good.
