Not that impressed

Two years in and the cheap plastic handle started peeling away due to heat damage from the stove below. 4 years in heating element died. Not sure if that’s normal now a days but didn’t last long.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great product for the price

Had to replace my microwave that lasted 23 years. This fit the space almost exactly as the old one. Was easy to install. Plenty of capacity and easy to operate with all the functions. Only complaint is it sounds a little noisy compared to my old one.

The microwave works well and the food cooks great! The surface of my stovetop is bright enough to see while cooking while the microwave light is on. It runs very quiet which is a plus. We had to turn the vent fan for ventless operation, but that was easy enough. The only thing that I would add when installing yourself is be careful when tightening the top bolts that hold up the microwave. If tightened too tight the sides will start to pull in just below the top edge. We caught that as soon as it started to happen so all was well.
