Great One Touch Buttons

Product works great. Love the look and the fan is extraordinary. It’s a bit louder rHan I’m used to but works way better.

We wanted the older model (same model number) but much quieter and looked better too, but got this one delivered.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

UTTERLY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!

This is without a doubt the biggest disappointment I have EVER had with a GE appliance. I cannot wait for it to die and g\o to Microwave Junk Yard where it belongs. It reploaced a GE Profile Unit that had a faulty door and I was advised by Your Service Reps it would be wiser to purchase a new oven than repair. HUGE MISTAKE!! This is the model they say replaces my previous one. Differences.....a 3" smaller turntable. No 2nd shelf....a 2 level fan (not 4). The biggest insult is that the surface light is in the back of the unit....so if you cook on your back wall on the stovetop that would work... lol. None of the features such as steam are on this unit and that CLOCK...Wow...an awful bright light (not blue as most normal appliances are) so I turned it off. I could go on and on but suffrice to say we were given very inaccurate advise on this unit and worse than that we took your word for it.
Too Late Now since I paid for the install before I knew all of these things I AM STUCK with an inferior product. Else I would pull it out and return it to Lowes. btw we did not see it as it wasn't available at any store to view.
Hopefully someone will really read this review.
