Awesome microwave!

This is the best microwave I've ever bought. It looks sleek, it cooks like a pro.. and it wasn't super super expensive. Excellent build quality and engineering. The LCD screen that displays the time is nice and bright.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Touch pad side panel is about a 1/8 loose so when you push the buttons you can feel it move, i hear a "popping" sound at the end of heating anything, nothing wrong just a little wierd
I would recommend this to a friend!

Needs to be replaced after 1.5 years

This microwave was just fine, until it wasn’t. Less than a year-and-a-half after it was installed, along with our entire kitchen of GE appliances, the display on the microwave started showing flickering lights around the display figures — like a mini snowstorm. Checked with GE customer service, and was told it needed service. Checked with the appliance store where we purchased it, and they said it needs a new control board, which is so expensive, we should just replace the whole unit. What is this, a disposable microwave? The unit still does the job of heating up leftovers, so I guess we’ll live with a faulty control board for now. Annoying that we remodeled our kitchen with all new GE appliances, and this happens.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
