Simple and easy to use

We purchased this option because it fit in the space of the one we needed to replace. It's lovely. Pros: The defrost feature actually works and does not partially cook food. The reheat a plate function seems to heat without overheating.
Cons: It does have a lower wattage 1000 watts versus the 1200 watt we had before so food does take a little bit longer to cook from frozen state. It does not have an extra shelf.

The only thing I don’t like is that you have to press time cook for anything less than 30 seconds

Same Features as the one on replacing

This microwave is replacing a GE Sensor Spacemaker XL microwave that I installed 24 years ago. It was used several times a day for those past 24 years without a problem. The new microwave’s features and controls are very similar to the old microwave. It is also quieter then when I’m replacing.

Nice features, but loud

I bought this microwave to replace an 18 year old GE Profile range top model. It's the same size, with a just a few less features that I found that I had never used, so figured I could save on the cost. It fits perfectly above the stove, looks nice, and cooks fine. My only complaint is that at full power it is loud and has a sort of buzzy-humming sound. If it weren't brand new, I'd think something was wrong with it.

I’m enjoying the new microwave above my new stove. It’s a good size and loving the new color.
The only negative is no backlight behind the keypad so difficult to see. Always have to turn on a light in the room to use the appliance.

Works very well

This was a replacement for a model that was out of production due to age. The original model was 11 years old and worked well for that time This model has a few more features but pretty much mirrors the old model. Sensor buttons are a nice addition and seem to work well, especially for popcorn.
I would recommend this to a friend!
