I love that it quietly lets you know when your food is ready. My last microwave was very obnoxious! I also like how the rotating plate is almost flush with the unit. I’m glad my old microwave died!

Hasn't worked right since day 1

Every time you close the door the motor starts running but it doesn't heat up, it just runs. It runs when you're not trying to use it, it literally turns itself on whenever the door shuts.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not too sure this isn't a lemon

We recently had the microwave installed. It has not had 2 weeks use and sometimes, it starts with a strange sound when it is turned on. It usually goes away after 40 seconds or so but I cannot imagine why it should make the noise in the first place
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Microwave

I love the microwave and would have given it a 5 star rating, however I wish there was a way to make the door less noisy when you close it other than that it’s a 5 star!

Thanks for leaving a review.
If you find that your microwave door closes loudly or is harder to close than your previous model, the difference in the door noise is due to a firmer spring in the door latch; this is a normal condition for the microwave. You can lift up on the latch to feel the tension.
If the microwave starts as soon as the door is closed, the microwave isn't really starting; the fan is coming on in anticipation of the unit starting. Try shutting the door firmly three times to avoid the fan sound in future use.
