I've had GE products for some time now and this microwave is right up there with the other GE appliances that I own when it comes to style and quality

It works good, but it is excessively noisy with a very loud buzzing noise, especially on start up. The installer said it was normal but I’ve had several microwaves in my life and have never had one this loud.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Having an issue with the turntable skipping. Have a call into service to check on it and fix it.

Seems ok except.....

This model is almost identical to the previous microwave we had for about 6 1/2 years. It seems to work fine, except the metal vent filters that are on the bottom of the microwave keep falling out. We put them back in place, and a couple days later they fall out again. Very annoying!

We recommend making sure you're sliding the filters into the frame slots on the back of each opening and pressing up and to the front to lock them into place.
