Buttons for light, vent, power in new placement from previous model, more intuitive/user friendly.

Finish comes off on touch pad

The microwave is functionally great -- I love it! However, I am not pleased with the cosmetic quality. The finish on the touch pad comes off easily and is not covered under the warranty after the first 48 hours after installation. My microwave looks as though it's been abused in the six months we've had it, which is not the case.
