GE Products are very good this microwave was covered by my Insurance Co. & they picked G.E & I really like its looks it functionality and it perfect for my kitchen is large & has instant Numbers 1-5 & that awesome for my use, I'm hoping it last as long as he original one which last 23yrs since we bought the house 15yrs ago this is the 3 replacement I hope this will last my lifetime with no issues. I trust GE. & Samsung products above others. AWSOME MICROWAVE ....

Great microwave

I have had this microwave for about 1 month and so far I really like it. I had a Samsung before and I like this one better. It heats my food thoroughly every time.

Not Heating

Worked fine for an week then Stopped heating - Did the troubleshooting GE recommended and it was back up and running. Now 6 months later same problem of not heating and this time the troubleshooting didn’t work. Will post how costumer service experience goes. So far no luck but to be fair I called today (Saturday evening).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works well for all our needs. On last GE microwave we had a feature that set a nightlight to come on at a certain time and go off at a certain time. We couldn’t find this feature on a new GE microwave.
