Easy Installation

Just purchased and installed this product as a replacement for an 8 year old GE Microwave i had in use.
I was hoping I could simply use the same mount but it was not compatible.
Removing the old one and replacing with the mounting frame bracket took less than 5 min.

Noisy and bright light on face

We bought this as a replacement for a previous GE microwave that was similar. We found after installation that the LED light for the timer was extremely bright, and we could not adjust it. There is an option to turn it off but we need the clock feature.
Also, when operating, there is a loud humming or buzzing noise during heating. If you are using the defrost option it cycles on and off. It is quite loud and we have tried to find the source but not able to.

Poor Installation

Micro makes weird noise due to possible construction debris and poor installation. I am still waiting on a complete replace reinstall.

Terrible over range lighting

Easy to install. Works great. Lighting underneath is awful!!! Can’t see cooktop adequately. Very disappointing!

We are very pleased with our new microwave. It is so easy to use. The speed cook function is very handy. It is a big improvement over our previous microwave that was another brand.
