Good features

Good features but installation a little difficult and hope it last longer than the last GE. When you pay 400+ for a microwave you would expect it to last longer than 2 years. GE service charges 100 just to trouble shoot and then parts and labor and I was informed average repair is around 2-250 which gets it close to the cost of a new one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love that it operates much like my old countertop microwave. At 80+ that's a good thing. All my major appliances are G.E.

A solid product but with a couple of problems...

I had this microwave oven installed over my gas stove. It cooks well, but has a door requiring some power to shut. The buttons to tell it what to do are not easy to make contact with, but it runs well and cooks well. In time, perhaps the buttons will "free up" a bit. Now, it takes multiple pressure pushes to make it work, most of the time.
I would recommend this to a friend!
