Overall very happy with my new microwave. Easy to operate and read buttons. Was disappointed that there was no manual included with item. Only a quick start which doesn’t detail use of all features. I find the microwave noise louder than my previous GE microwave.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am hoping the ge quality I’ve experienced prior is consistent. We had to replace the microwave after only 5 years. Our other ge lasted almost 16

Greaat but...

Good unit - would have been nice to have an owners manual included! Instead had to search the web and print it. Also charcoal filter hard to find anywhere and GE support made it hard to find the part number of filter I needed. 2 different part numbers given - totally different size filters. Only 1 is correct. And GE parts is out of stock!
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's a good machine, but

I have had a GE microwave for the past 10 years and recently, it stopped working. I decided to buy another GE microwave. It had to be returned because the vent would shut off correctly. They sent me a new one. It works very well, but it is much louder than the old microwave I had.
