It is a very nice looking microwave and works very well but it is extremely loud and the fan goes on no matter what you are doing. It is difficult to have a conversation when it is running.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Please check to be sure the cabinet above the microwave is no deeper than 13". If it is, you may be blocking the vents on the top of the unit and this could be lending itself to the cooling fan turning on. In this case, please contact us so we can explain your options. We can be reached at:

Wonderful features. I love that it cooks jacket potatoes perfectly. One puts in packet popcorn and the popcorn is popped to perfection!
