Just got this microwave and love the color slate! The turntable is a great help for cooking. The oven is large inside and I love how easy it is to keep clean.

Great products and support

I received this above the range microwave as a Christmas gift. Two weeks later It developed a problem (a magnet had been cracked in transit and eventually broke). Unaware of the problem, my first reaction was one of frustration and disrepair of having to uninstall, pack it up, and return it. Upon calling GE service, I was pleasantly surprised with the outstanding support The technicians had it fixed in 2 quick visits (because the part had to be ordered) at no cost to me both financially and physically. Since then the microwave has been awesome. I will recommend this and any GE appliance from now on.

love the lights under the microwave very helpful. controls are very user friendly and the microwave cooks to the time noted on the item. very quiet.

Like the microwave, lots of problems with delivery

The product is good, but the delivery and install was a huge problem. The "professional" installers didn't know how to install it properly, put it in slanted and had to have someone come out to reinstall it. They also caused damage to my cabinet and floor.

Bought stove 2 months ago and we have had to replace the oven light twice already. It must have a short in the wiring. Looks like we are going to have to do that every month. Not happy about that.
