Haven't used it much yet, just the basics. Do like the fact that the turntable sits down flush with the floor

Bad purchase

This microwave sounds like a plane taking off when it starts. When using the defrost mode, it is like an engine idling high and then low. I am returning it because it is so noisy. I have a small kitchen and you cannot have a conversation when this microwave is on due to the noise from it an the fan.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We couldn't be happier with the look in our kitchen as well as the functionality. From cooking popcorn and thawing food to the light and vent underneath everything works great!

I love the slate color. Works really well. Not too loud. Powerful. I use the add 30 seconds button the most. I recommend it especially if matching other slate colored appliances.
