Feature and Sensor buttons

Very simple to use sensor features, use them the most
. Be sure to use the pause button , cancel button or let timer run out before opening door, so unit will last longer. If not it shorts out the switches. We put star stickers beside our cancel and pause buttons to quickly locate them. We do really like this microwave.

Too Noisy

Seems to do a very good job, but the exhaust fan turns on any time you use the unit.

Hi there - Thanks for posting a review, we truly appreciate it. All over-the-range microwaves have an automatic fan feature to help protect the electronic components, and also helps the cooking area get rid of excess heat. The built-in thermostat automatically turns the vent fan on if the unit is too hot, and will not turn off until the microwave is cool again. Installing proved a bit of a puzzle as the template for the holes in the bottom of the cabinet was actually reversed (you had to apply it on the underside of the cabinet) no big deal but it would have been easier to make it reversible.
The screen intensity take a while to get accustomed to , can be a good night light for the kitchen ! (wish it was possible to reduce the intensity).
