Replacing appliances

I replaced my microwave 4 years ago and it was the same model. I replaced all of my kitchen appliances so I was thrilled that the same model was available, now they all have the same finish!

Slow to heat foods

I returned this product because it wasn't heating food as quickly as it should. 2 1/2 min. to heat a cup of water was not acceptable.

Attractive and functional.

Attractive. Has all the features needed. Easy to operate. Will be inconvenient having to remove the entire inside panel to clean/replace Charcoal Filter. Turntable noisy upon start up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Simple to operate, and good features. Durability?

This is our 3rd GE OTR microwave, all basically the same model, in 13 years. The first one lasted just 5 years, the second one 7 years, whereas our old counter top model that we bought 20 years ago continues to serve as the back up when we need replacements. Let’s hope they improve the durability.

DECENT MICROWAVE

WE PURCHASED THE SLATE COLOR AND WE LOVE THE COLOR. OVERALL PRODUCT WORKS WELL BUT SHUTS HARD AND THE SCREEN FEELS CHEAP. VERY LIGHTWEIGHT AND THE SURFACE LIGHT IS GREAT EVEN THOUGH ITS PLACED IN THE BACK OF THE UNIT.
