VERY NOISY!!! This replaces a GE Spacemaker I have had for 31 years. The quality does not even come close to being comparable to the old one. It seems quite a bit bigger and sticks out into the kitchen more. It is difficult to find the right spots on the touchpad numbers/choices. I have to hit one 2-3 times before it will work. In fact the whole touchpad panel moves when numbers/choices are pushed so I have tightened it up with electrical tape. It does the job but I am hugely disappointed in the quality. It's just very cheaply made.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love my new microwave. Turntable can be turned off if you like, great light, super fast. Well worth the $.

The microwave has sufficient options for cooking and does the job well. The vent fan is much louder than any other we have had. Even at low speed it is to loud to have a conversation without shouting. Also wish the charcoal filter was easier to replace.

We did have to have the negation replaced after one month however the warranty claim was easy and painless and fixed the issue.
