Great look and works great. The buttons are hard to get used to for timing vs cooking ect.

This should be for kids...installed in 2018 and megatron stopped working in 2020.
GE says, regular support needed, no follow ups, none from GE.
Disappointment is an underestimation here.

The overlay for drilling mounting and cord holes into the cabinet is a nightmare, largely because they don't know which cabinets you might have. I based my drilling on the line which shows distance to the back wall from one of the holes. Also, the exhaust fan must be removed, rotated and reinstalled if you are doing the closed loop vent I.e., not venting to an exhaust. Would be easier to make closed loop vent standard and let people with vents rotate the fan since there are a couple of venting options. And don't forget to pick up the charcoal filter kit if using a closed loop system which vents to the front. Would have been nice to know at the store before getting all the way home without it.

Really a great choice. If there is anything I might improve on, it would be the option to dim the clock/LED window. It's really bright! But if you want a nightlight in the kitchen it's great!

Great Microwave

My microwave is great but once when I was cooking a few things on the range, the microwave automatically went on due to the heat. I was told by GE that this is normal and to let the microwave go its course which could take up to an hour.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am very happy with the microwave but it is a bit louder than my previous GE one. It does seem to heat things up better than my old one as well.

For the last 3-4 months this microwave has worked great. I will be interested to see how the materials hold up…our last microwave had plastic the degraded and the handle broke off. I am anxious to see if it survives two teenagers’ “delicate” touch.
