We chose this model for our home, and I must say that it's one of the best choices we have made. I love that you can turn off the sound for those mornings when I wake up before anyone else in the house. It is a nice feature.

Sensor Potato setting cooks any number at a time perfectly with just the one touch of the button. I’ve not experienced any problems at all.

Microwave sometimes leaves food unevenly warmed up. For example, when I warm up cold pizza, the crust and cheese on top is super hot but the sauce and dough is still cold.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
