Owned 3 months, so far "Works great!" We bought all new GE appliances with the "slate" finish. Nice touch to a redesigned kitchen.

we bought ours in March but didn't move into our new home until May so it took a little time to use it . It worked for one week and quit so I called GE. right away and they were quick to send someone to fix the problem. We are very happy nw.

Great microwave- the slate looks wonderful!
The number pad and handle show fingerprints a lot. The fan is pretty loud too ( low doesn't get quieter). Those are minor things and I really like this product.
