Nice overall microwave

I wish the time display could be dimmed, it's either on or off but it's very bright and lights up the entire kitchen when it's dark. Also would have been nice if they spelled beverage correctly....when you press the beverage button to heat something up the word that shows as it's cooking says beverge!!

This microwave is very loud. The air blows out the top even when you turn on the vent.

Bought this to replace an older model. The updated design is sleek and all features are so user friendly. LOVE this microwave! The sensor cooking and add-time buttons are awesome.

Easy to use

After struggling with my previous microwave door handle which worked very tight, this new GE microwave is a pleasure to use. It has all the settings I need, easy to open and close, not loud and annoying and it does the job well. I’m very happy with my new appliance!

Purchased a new GE kitchen appliance set when we moved into our new house. This microwave only lasted 2 years. It slowly stopped heating food over the last two weeks. Everything else works, but it will no longer heat food.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Oh goodness! We're so sorry to hear that your microwave is no longer heating your food. We can certainly understand how frustrating that is. If your microwave runs but is not heating, there could be one of many components that is not working properly.
Please make sure the “Timer” function was not inadvertently used.
Check to ensure the door is closed securely. Open the door and close it firmly. This confirms the engagement of the door's safety mechanisms.
For safety reasons, we offer no do-it-yourself repair advice on microwave ovens. There is an internal high voltage capacitor which can hold a high voltage charge even after the microwave has been unplugged. Also, special equipment is generally needed to make a diagnosis for the repair needed.
