Awesome Scanner, Okay Software

The scanner itself is the best scanner I have used. It scans fast and images look great. In the first month of owning this scanner I have scanned over 38,000 pages (almost 69,000 images) without any issues at all. I am very pleased with the scanner.
The software is another issue. I found it slow and not very user friendly. I ended up uninstalling it and using the software from my previous scanner which works so much better.
Overall the scanner is 5+ score and the software is about a 2 or 3, so that is why I rated this as a 4 star product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like this scanner very much. It has a very small desktop foot print which is always good and the speed to which it scans is very fast. Love that we can do multiple pages (have not run into a maximum as of yet) and that I do the scans in different formats.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought the scanner a few months ago. I took some time learning how to accomplish my goals. I have a document management program and I had to make sure my scanned images ended up as fully searchable in the doc management program. A lot of that was learning how to use the program because I bought it simultaneously with the scanner.
Now my experience. I find it works quite smoothly once I discovered a trick. First the issue. I was getting repeated multiple pages feeding through the scanner. It would stop and I would have to clear the jam. It happened mostly with statements I got in the mail which were folded together in an envelope. The fold tended to keep the pages together. HERE'S THE TRICK. I've found that if I crumple the tops of the pages a little bit, alternating right and left sides, the scanning goes quite smoothly almost all the time. I think the crumpling separates the pages just a little bit. I'm a bit surprised that the scanner doesn't choke on the crumpling, but it doesn't.
One other small issue. The pages upon exit from the scanner at some point tend to not stack nicely and eventually the front end of one will hit the back end of the previous page. I don't mean after 20 or 30 pages, I mean after 4 or 5 pages. So I sit here at my desk and extract the pages from the output tray (which I have fully extended) as they come out. Not much of an inconvenience because I'm here anyway and I have to remove the "new document" separator page my doc mgmt. software requires anyway. I've been scanning in batches of 20 or 30 pages so each batch doesn't take long.
All in all I'm quite happy with this scanner. It is much smaller than the Neat scanner I had been using. Why died I change, because Neat abandoned the desktop and required a cloud subscription. Also because the Neat scanner didn't feed very well. I had to keep jiggling the pages to get them to feed. Anyway, my scanning life has improved immensely by this scanner.

Great Scanner

I was reviewing a mortgage file with an associate at his office and noticed this compact scanner he used to send documents to a lender.
I inquired about it and was so impressed with it's small size and scan speed.
I got it's model number, went online and bought it.
It is so easy to use that I would be lost without it.

I recently purchased this scanner and it has been a great experience with it. Documents are easy to scan as well as other features that the product provides it with. I would greatly recommend it to my friends.

Used for couple months, like to scan and save doc in some form of word or which you can read when you highlight in program, but you have to open all in abode to see what it is.. tried to scan and keep in word to save but can not.
they should give us that option to save as a pdf or word.
