I had the oven installed just in time for Thanksgiving. We had a problem. There were 2 left side rails so we couldn't use the heavy duty rack. This oven was purchased on 11/7/14. GE was not able to find us a right side rack, so they sent a whole new oven and installed it on 12/5/14!! We now have a perfect wall oven!! Only because of the delay in being able to use the full oven, I gave a 4 star rating.2StB

We bought this oven in October, having waited for a year to match our kitchen full of ge slate appliances. This oven is a delight to use, heats and cooks evenly aided by a suburb convection feature. LED lighting makes viewing what's cooking easy and effortless at eye level.
