We bought this product because of the quality of previous products and the excellent ratings and reviews.
The major drawback to me is the low level of the chimes to tell when the oven is preheated and the timer has expired.

Takes time to reach the desired temperature. Other than that it has worked well. Love the slate color.

After living for 25 yrs with substandard ovens, this is great. Remodeled entire kitchen, decided to go 1st class all the way. I can't believe as a guy I could get as excited about this as I could a car, but PERFORMANCE is great. Programing is intuitive for the computerly challenged. Always consistent, roomy oven. Definitely get the meat probe; it takes the roast to the target temperature, and then shuts the oven off....WAY COOL.!!. Once you do, you will love the consistently cooked to perfection results with a roast of any kind regardless of variations in size, shape, or original starting temperature of the meat. Turkey, pork or beef roast is now always done just the way you like it, count on it !!!!! My wife is thrilled about baking in it. I can't speak for that, just that I LOVE every roast that we make in it !!! I can even do that myself with confidence!!!!

Oven Woes:(

I have had my oven 6 months and have not been sadly dissatisfied due to preheating delay and cleaning woes:( It takes 20 minutes to heat the oven up to 400 degrees and also its EXTREMELY hard to clean up spills on the bottom of oven since the heating element is covered and you cannot lay anything on the bottom of the oven:( I have used the steam cleaning (fine) and the regular cleaning (stunk horribly) but only a razor blade would truly work to get the bottom clean:((( Also, if you want to increase the temperature while you are cooking you cannot increase the temperature without turning it off and back on again which takes another 5-10 minutes to reheat again:(((
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the convection!

I have never had a convection oven before. It is quicker and browns baked goods better. I like all the features and choices, like traditional or convection, varying settings like low and high broil. It has a beautiful slate finish cabinet that doesn't show smudges. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Convecction Wall Oven

Purchased this late last year but finally got renovations done and had it installed in kitchen in new island this spring. It works great and looks amazing even with my older stainless appliances I did not replace. Works well in both standard oven or convection mode.
