The oven door is not closing properly leaving a small gap at the top allowing heat leakage.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I selected this oven because is had cleaning features that I need. Also, I like the glass touch-pad and rolling rack. The timer has an adorable sound!

too long to preheat

I built a new home and all appliances are GE Profile. This wall oven bakes well in traditional or conventional mode but the preheat time is excessive. I've timed it several times and it takes 13 - 15 minutes to preheat. Have to plan ahead quite a bit to have the oven ready when I am ready for it. Very inconvenient.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the sliding rack good looks and ease of use only complaint is the sound is quite you can hardly hear it.

Issue I have with this is the oven control panel doesn't sit flush on both sides. Installer claimed it was the way GE built.
