Recently bought this model after having a (very unreliable!) competitive brand for 14 years. this model is solid with no crazy amount of hot air blowing out of the convection like others have reported. There is some yes, but it's a convection oven after all! I love the lightweight oven door that can be kept open a crack if needed. It took some time to adjust to the timer which displays minutes only with no seconds countdown like my previous oven. Multi level Convection is okay so far, but I'll need to test further. Baked three pans of cookies last night and the top rack was definitely more brown and crisp than the others.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Super Quiet, Looks Great, But...

I recently wrote a review under SDMike, but I'd like to amend that review. While this oven looks great and I must say its quieter than any other oven on the market, our unit failed to work properly. We noticed that it way overheated. While some fluctuation in temp is necessary, especially in convention mode, we burnt several items before realizing that this unit was off somehow. We had a service tech examine the unit and discovered that it was indeed faulty. While I'm sure a properly functioning version of this oven would be just fine, ours was a lemon. We ended up splurging and buying another higher-end brand. I cannot in good faith allow my original review to be the final word on this oven. Do your homework, use this oven in a showroom that has functioning ovens so you can see for yourself what it can do, how it sounds, and how the temperature settings work. If you have one installed, be sure to check the temperature settings asap to make sure it is heating properly. Happy baking!

This oven has the convection or traditional settings and both work well. The timer however, does not work at all. The rack settings are a bit challenging because the bottom rack is fixed in position. This is my first wall oven so perhaps that is a standard feature for that type of oven. Overall it works well and I am happy with it.
