I bought this GE Profile wall oven to replace an old one. I really love the features offered especially the meat probe for roasting. The only negative so far is it is slow to pre-heat and the fan is a little noisy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great oven if the shelves would just glide.

Oven shelves are physically difficult to move. Often the oven light is on after the baking temperature is set & attained. Pressing on the oven door sometimes helps get the light off but other times it is a matter of removing the dish, adjusting the shelf--which is difficult because it does not move easily. It is totally exasperating! I never thought to move the shelves in the showroom. If I had experienced the difficulty with the shelves I would not have made the purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't notice much difference in convection baking.

I bought the oven a few months ago. So far it has performed well. The only minor issue is warming up, may take 15 minutes.

Beautiful oven and soooo quiet!

We bought the oven 4 months ago. The convection allows me to bake cookies flawlessly on two racks. Heating up and cooling down the fan is super quiet - a huge improvement over our previous oven.
