No control over oven light when proofing bread

Light turns off when proofing bread. Not able to turn light on when light turns off therefore have to open the oven to check on the bread rising. A poor design for making bread.

Did not operate or come to temperature ..service rep came out couldn't repair..ordered parts...second service call...more parts....took a couple of months to get fixed

love the new oven

love the look and the great features. The number pad to enter temperature, the glide rack, convection and regular oven modes, the light near the front and that it comes on when you open the door. The only problem I had was getting the oven all the way in without pinching the power cord. This is installed under the counter of a 24 inch deep cabinet. There is very little room to hold the cord while pushing in the oven.

Poor shelf design

The unit works well as an oven and the controls are easy to use, but they opted for a cheaper design for the shelves. Instead of having the guide rails for the shelf molded into the sides they opted for screw in rails that attach to the sides. these are flimsier and have to be lubricated whenever the oven is cleaned. So this is not at all easy to use and even when lubricated they don't move as easily as the other system. There is still a shelf on an easy slide shelf that is on ball bearings and this shelf works great, but the other 2 shelves are useless if you need to move them in and out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Really Bad.

The oven shorts out. This has been an issue since I bought the oven. Unfortunately, I didn't address the issue until after the one year warranty (it would short-out periodically and I could reset the fuse at the main breaker). After several visits from a licensed electrician, who confirmed that the issue was the oven, i have decided to cut my losses and purchase a new oven.
