Outstanding appliance!

We love this oven! The cooking temperatures cook the food evenly, the lower rack slides easily for reaching the items being baked, and the alarm is very pleasant when the oven is pre-heated and when the food is baked.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the convection multi- rack feature

I have had my oven for 2 months. My only complaint would be that it takes quite a while to heat to temperature.

Replacement for older GE Wall Oven

My GE Wall oven that was in the house when we bought it failed after 5-6 years (Self Cleaning caused problem) Would normally avoid buying another but only wall oven that fit our opening was another GE. The GE Profile has a nice exterior design and larger interior that I like. Internal light is much better than before, and we have only had it for a few weeks so cannot adequately assess the cooking quality. My biggest complaint are the oven racks. Instead of the racks riding on detents built into the oven walls, GE designed a metal frame that the racks ride on. The friction between the frame and rack makes pulling the racks out a pain. Installer even brought out a bottle of graphite lubricant for us to use - said others had complained.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
