Wonderful Oven

This oven has plenty of cooking options and great performance. Everything, from cookies to brisket, has turned out just right. This oven replaced a 27-inch one and I really appreciate the extra room. The slide-out rack on the bottom is very convenient for heavier items. The steam-clean feature is great and helps keep the oven in top shape.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased a home from a reputable builder. I visited the construction site every Saturday for 3.5 months. In doing so. I reallly noticed the quality of materials used. The appliances were the last items installed. So I was really pleased the builder selected the GE Profile series. Given the quality and craftsmanship throughout the construction process. It was extremely fitting to install GE profile series . I must concede they installed the in-wall microwave, Range top, Dishwasher, and in-wall convection oven. I was surprised when they left refrigerator built-in empty, so after moving in. I purchased a GE Profile refrigerator as well, a no brainer really.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Brought this on April 3rd and so far love it. Replaced same kind of wall oven had for 21 years . Old one stopped working. Waiting to bake a Turkey. So far cooks great. Evenly.

Nice oven, but very noisy coming up to temp!

Great looking oven, but the fan noise is much too loud when pre heating-even on regular bake setting. We bought all GE appliances (all Profile except for a "regular" GE wall oven in pantry), this oven, the french door counter depth fridges and the induction cooktop, each make too much noise. When cooking, the cooktop is buzzing and clicking, the oven fan is loud and the fan noise from the fridge can be heard. Not happy at all. Residential appliances of this caliber and price should not make so much noise that they tarnish the cooking experience. As I stated in my review of the refrigerators, I am only recommending this product with a "listen to it" warning, and because the slate finish is great.
