Love having two ovens to handle the flow of dishes being cooked. Not sure why we didnt do this years ago. Install was painless. Operates exactly like if says. It took some getting used to for the controls but its just been an outstanding upgrade.

Happy with the Service from GE

We bought this oven in Sept 2015 and were very satisfied. Very good design and features. Controls work well. The oven heats up more slowly than our old oven because the heating element is under the floor of the oven and not exposed in the interior as was the old one. Otherwise, the performance has been very good. Unfortunately, after we did the first "self clean" we wiped the base of the top oven clean and found that the enamel finish had chipped off in three places. We called GE customer service who had a technician out in just a few days to inspect it. He said the damage was not repairable and that GE would replace the oven. Ten days later GE delivered and installed a brand new oven. We are very pleased with this service.

Great Performance

I bought this double oven unit when my old GE profile ovens had a problem with the control panel. It was 17 years old and used every day. A good experience led us to purchase another one. We are very happy with the newer unit. It works beautifully and we can even control it remotely from our phones if necessary.

Lovely to look at

Having waited to purchase a replacement double oven until ours was virtually useless, I was immensely excited to have this new beauty. I must say, I am more than a little disappointed. The bake function of both ovens works well, as does the convection aspect. The issue is in the keypad, and in the length of time it takes to heat up. A simple 400 oven can take almost 30 minutes. I believe this is too long. I was told this is just the way it is with it is with this unit. Also, I do not like the countdown timer. It is awkward to use. I feel like I have to settle with these issues, and at the price point, that's just not right.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This double oven is great. Lots of lighting to see what's cooking. Easy to adjust the shelves. Even has a pull-out shelve for heavy dishes.
