This oven replaced a 30 year old GE wall oven. It looks great! Even after a month, everytime I go into the kitchen, my eye is drawn to the stainless surface of the oven. We still haven't tried the convection feature yet. The only complaint I have is the instructions for setting the clock are terrible. I had to find a YouTube video to figure it out.

So happy that a double oven is still made that will fit into my 35 year old cabinet slot. My old oven had a narrower width than almost all modern made ovens. This installation only required a minor modification to my existing cabinet. Had to trim the cabinet opening width slightly (maybe 1/8 inch) and move the electrical connection box a few inches in the back. Oven works well and has many useful features. Feature I like best is that I can put a temperature gauge in the oven and if needed adjust the electronic temperature display to match the actual oven temperature. Only had to do this with the upper oven. There are some things I do not like but they don't make me wish I had not made the purchase. GE should take this into consideration for future models. Upper/lower control pads do not match each other in button placement which is counter intuitive. They seem to just be randomly placed. For instance the "bake" or "start" button is not in the same position from one oven control to the other. I have to look for the same control button if I am moving from one oven to the other. There is not a separate light control for each oven. If I'm using only one oven, I have to turn the light on in both. There are a few control buttons, such as the light, that commonly control both ovens. These buttons are mixed in with one of the oven control pads when they should have their own separate pad placement indicating that these buttons control both ovens. One of the other things I definitely do like about this new oven over my old one is the insulation. I can feel little to no heat radiating from the oven doors. My whole kitchen does not heat up when baking.

Was easy to install and set up. I’m not handy either! Loving the WiFi feature. I can be at the store and turn my oven on to have it warmed up by the time I get home.
First couple of times it smelled but that’s to be expected. Can’t wait till Thanksgiving when we’re cooking turkey and sides!

GE Profile Double Convection Wall Oven

Just had my new ovens installed today and used the top oven to bake Biscotti. Found the touch pad very easy to use. the oven has an audible alarm to let you know when pre heating is completee. Biscotti came out beautiful. Extremely happy so far. These ovens replaced a 26 year old GE double wall oven, which worked beautifully without any problems all these years.
