Works better than I thought

I ranted for a while about this oven not heating properly, but then I bought a thermometer and sure enough, it does heat to the temperature. I don't like the squishyness of the buttons--you often have to push a couple of times before it registers. But I like the convection feature and the double oven of course is useful in all kinds of ways.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love that I can remotely have Alexa change the temp on my oven, if needed. That is as long as I have synced her to my oven!
I would recommend this to a friend!

AWFUL OVEN

The enamel cracked after a single use of the self cleaning feature. According to service, its non warranty due to the fact that its cosmetic. It is also normal for GE ovens to crack the enamel when high temperatures are used for cleaning. Buyer beware, they admit their ovens crack from normal use.

Response from geappliances.comBy Mike@GEAGE AppliancesNovember 29, 2021
Hi there,

We do understand your concern with the oven enamel chipping from your oven.
The oven liner and Self-Cleaning oven racks are porcelain-enamel coated. If this porcelain enamel coating becomes chipped or appears to be peeling from the oven liner or oven rack, please note the following:
Food: The enamel is compliant with FDA requirements and does not pose harm.
Thermal: The range and wall oven is designed with insulation that provides thermal protection for the cabinetry and keeps the surface temperatures below agency limits. The oven cavity enamel is purely aesthetic.

Oven Liner:
The porcelain-enamel is there to provide aesthetic value and ease of cleaning. The oven will continue to function normally over its life with missing enamel. Any porcelain-enamel material that chips off is chemically inert and is so small that it doesn’t present an ingestion hazard.

Self-Cleaning Oven Racks:
The porcelain enamel coating is there for appearance and ease of cleaning. The oven will continue to function normally over its life with enamel worn away at the contact point. Porcelain enamel material that wears off is chemically inert and is so small that it doesn’t present an ingestion hazard. The consumer can apply vegetable oil to this area to help the rack slide easier.

Furthermore, all of our products and associated parts meet toxicity requirements.

We do apologize for any inconvenience. Mike@GEA
