Great oven

I'm happy with my purchase of the GE Profile. I've used it non-stop since it was installed. My only complaint is the instructions are somewhat vague and they could use more information on regular backing versus convection baking. I'm still trying to figure this one out.

Love all the great features

One of the great features is the self-cleaning racks. I had to use Easy-off on my old racks. We got the oven because we had to buy a new cook top (GE) and you could put the burner grates in the oven to clean them. My old oven still worked fine, but to get away from cleaning everything by hand this is a great time saver. All the other features on the oven are about the same as my old oven except for the steam clean and I haven't used that yet.

Very disappointed!

I bought this double oven to replace a 27-year-old GE oven I previously owned. One of the features I made sure it had was the Delay Start feature. However, this BRAND-NEW 2016 model does not have a way to turn the oven off if you use the Delay Start feature--CRAZY!!! The 27-year-old model even had that! So if you start the oven using the Delay feature, there isn't an option to put in a Cook Time or Stop cooking--you have to be there to manually stop it. That's crazy in this day and age. I thought features were supposed to get better over time, not worse! I would not have bought this oven if I knew there was no way to enter a Cook Time using the Delay Start feature. The single oven has it but not the double oven. Why???
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

takes to long to come to set temperature. Oven racks very difficult to take out and reposition. Graphite lube that was provided gets all over hands when removing racks and doesn't help for long.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a great oven combination...works great.
The only slight criticisms I have is the fact that it takes a long time to get up to temperature and the cooling fan seems to stay on a very long time.

Replacement for 1973 model--also G.E.

This replaced our G.E. double wall oven from 1973 and compliments our existing G.E. Profile Dishwasher beautifully! We have all white appliances and they look great!

Easy to use and I like the WiFi capabilities

I bought this back in Dec. 2015 to replace a failed double oven. It has worked great ever since. I also like the ability to control/monitor the ovens with a mobile app.
