Easy to Use

My office manager got this for me to make my work easier. Having a desktop scanner is wonderful and convenient. The only thing I needed to do was to adjust the resolution and the brightness so the scan was clearer and it works great!

Basic scanner that does the job

I have two of these scanners. They are a very basic unit that works effectively and does the job. We primarily use them as receipt scanners. I would like to still have access to the program for this purpose but it seems to not be available? But if you looking for something small and easy to use this will do it.

I love this compact scanner.. works really well. Not only does it scan documents it also scans color pictures. I’m amazed with this scanner. Great price too!!

This scanner is very user friendly. I use it in our parts department to scan all incoming invoices. Its used very regularly and works as great as the first day. Highly recommend it!!

Very Useful

Had an all-in-one printer, now have a laser printer for personal use. The 620 restored my ability to scan items into my PC. It includes a 2-piece clear sheet attachment that allows scanning small items. Works flawlessly.

Needs some improvement

The overall product ideal is nice - however for it to work along other products such as Neat it is not all that impressive at times. The receipts always seem to stick mid way through - I dislike you cannot just hit the button atop of the device to scan instantly, adding editing features such as cropping, and or enlarging would be great, I do agree it scans clearly and its better than some I just wish you could add more user options and speed - thanks

Scanner is very handy and easy to use, I have no issues with it, easy scanning, can also make one PDF file of several pages, capable of scanning pages up to 16 inches in length.No external power needed just connect with the laptop or PC with USB cable.
I would recommend this to a friend!
