Installed easily and operated perfectly on first try. All I know about computers and attachment is how to spell computer.

Great scanner, good OCR for biz cards

Works great for scanning business cards to Outlook, which is what I needed it for. Great customer service from Brother when the software CD went missing after an office move.

SOFTWARE NOT FRIENDLY TO SETUP

DSmobile620 dose not come with CD software for saving the scan pages, not even mention about easy to use. Download software is extra charge and time consuming. For the price of this scanner, not come with storage software is very disappointed. It is difficult to setup. You better off to buy a Brother's four in one -copier/printer/fax/scan machine which the scanner is much faster and can scan multiple pages by feeder, plus it gives you other functions.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This portable, convenient scanner is perfect for saving important documents and archiving.

I was expecting a slow scanner that I would have to feed each page and then wait while it loaded to the computer. This was incredible! I set it up in just a few minutes. Then I began feeding the pages. It scanned 150 pages into two PDF files on my computer, numbered each page and the copies were clear and crisp! And it did it in about 10 seconds per page!!! This is a great scanner. I use it on the road to scan evaluation forms from a course I teach. The forms have to be sent in within a few days so CEU credits can be issued. This scanner is the answer to expensive scanning fees and extra trips to an office supply or shipping store. Excellent device.

Do NOT purchase this product to use with a newer USB-C port on a MacBook Pro. It will not recognize the scanner. A mobile scanner that does not work with a laptop seems a bit of contradiction.
